２０２２年９月８日にスコットランドのアバディーン州（Aberdeenshire）にあるバルモラル城（Balmoral Castle）で崩御された英国のウィンザー朝第４代女王であるエリザベス２世（HM Queen Elizabeth II：１９２６年–２０２２年 / 在位期間：１９５２年–２０２２年）の在位６０周年（The Diamond Jubilee / The Sixtieth Anniversary）を記念して、２０１３年５月３０日に英国のロイヤルメール（Royal Mail）から肖像画切手６種類が発行されているので、今回紹介したい。
